Hi! I'm Chelsea...

...the founder of SoulSpark, offering movement and mindfulness to spark calm and joy from within.
I discovered yoga whilst living in Australia during a time of deep grief after losing my Dad. What began as a physical practice quickly became a source of grounding, comfort, and clarity — and it made me wish I’d had access to these tools earlier in life, particularly during my teenage years.

That experience led me to train as a yoga teacher in 2017 in India, on returning home qualified with the Teen Yoga Foundation, so I that could share yoga and mindfulness with both adults and young people.
Since then, I’ve taught classes and workshops across Manchester, Cheltenham and Stroud, and undertaken specialist trainings in yoga for trauma, anxiety and eating disorders.
In 2020, I was lucky enough to run my own well-being studio, Bloom, offering a wide range of movement and creative practices. Sadly, Bloom didn’t survive the pandemic — but the experience shaped me deeply and strengthened my commitment to community-focused wellbeing. Alongside becoming a mum in 2021, these experiences have shaped the way I teach today — with compassion, flexibility, and a deep respect for real life.
My classes are inclusive, accessible, and guided by the belief that yoga isn’t something to get “right” or be “good” at. I love creating playful, uplifting sessions — often outside the traditional yoga box — that invite people to move, breathe, and connect in ways that feel supportive and joyful. SoulSpark is about meeting yourself where you are, and finding small sparks of calm, gratitude, and ease along the way.
